1.Soundingboard Studios will make our best attempt to capture every performer. No discounts or refunds will be given if a performer is missed.
2. There is a chance that technology can malfunction. In the event that footage is lost or part of the performance is captured, no refunds will be given.Soundingboard Studios will make the best attempt to prevent this from happening.
3. All streaming content will be available for two weeks once available. After the two weeks is complete, the media is removed. Downloadable content will be available for two weeks once available on the site. Expiration date will be posted once available.
4. Physical media (DVD discs) will be delivered to the studio within three weeks of the performance. Soundingboard Studios will notify individuals through email the dvd's are ready to be picked up at the dance studio.
